Welcome to the website of Matthew Newby! Here you will find a collection of my photos and some information about me. While by no means the complete offering of everything that I've done, this page serves as a portal into my life and work. You can view the photo gallery that contains some of my photos, organized by location. Additionally, you can contact me if you would like to learn more or would like to work with me on a photography project including portraits, site work, or events.
For family and friends who may be dropping by for one reason or another there is a family photo section that you can browse (password required) as well as a blog of my recent goings on or miscellaneous thoughts. Overall this site is for you as well in that you can find out both how and what I am doing. Additionally I welcome your comments and messages as it is nice to hear from the people close to me.
I'm currently working on a site dedicated to photography so please check the blog for further developments. Additionally, it appears that some people may have problems loading the flash galleries. If so please contact me with as much information as possible so that I can determine where the problem lies and correct it. This site will be updated primarily for family and friends so your comments are welcome and suggestions as to what should be added or removed are valued.
For people in my current line of IT work, or those who would like to know more about me in my IT career, here you can find my current resume (password required). I am interested in partnerships and other business opportunities that will allow me to experience both new and legacy technologies. I am currently in the process of working on a personal IT services company called Managed Information Systems and would be glad to take on new clients.
